We believe in giving back
"I'm so proud that our employees and agents make it a priority to give back to the Indiana communities we serve each day. Whether generously lending their time during National Volunteer Month, donating to charitable organizations for Giving Tuesday or providing support in other ways, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance employees are truly making a difference in our Hoosier communities."
Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance builds long-standing partnerships with community organizations that protect and support individuals, families and the underserved in our communities. Philanthropy, volunteerism, and donations are key to our support. Our company is proud to donate 1% of the prior year's net income to Indiana non-profit organizations that align with our mission in categories such as:
Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance encourages its employees to volunteer and give back to our Indiana communities, and we created the IFBI Community program nearly 10 years ago to do just that. The program provides employees with paid volunteer time annually.
While the company works with community partners to create volunteer opportunities for employees, employees are also encouraged to use volunteer time to support charitable organizations that are personally meaningful to them. The IFBI Community program
continues to grow each year.
We are committed to nurturing a culture that encourages, supports and celebrates each of our employees, agents, clients, partners and communities. Check out how our employees serve the Indiana community as gardeners, construction crews, meal preppers and whatever our neighbors need!
At Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, we are committed to nurturing an inclusive and diverse culture encouraging, supporting and celebrating our employees, agents, customers, partners and communities.
