Effective January 2025, both directors will lead the north district, comprising the 28 most-northern counties of Indiana.

Malone has been with the company since 2001, previously serving as director of field operations. As the district sales director, Malone will oversee sales and manage agents and agent managers.

She looks forward to having the opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization through strategic leadership, problem-solving, and strong team development.

Good lives in Rochester with her husband, Cory, and their three sons, Palmer, Ripken and Jett. Together they spend a lot of time at the baseball fields, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

“On behalf of the entire Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance family, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Christa and Shelby on their well-deserved recognitions,” said Rick Kuster, senior vice president and chief marketing officer, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance. “This dynamic leadership team brings a wealth of experience and a shared passion for fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.”
