The definition of a hero is someone who puts others before themselves and demonstrates great courage. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been faced with challenges that no one could have imagined. Many individuals have shared stories, photos and videos of acts of heroism by people of all ages. These include everything from making and sending out face coverings, picking up and dropping off groceries for those who are unable to go out to social media posts from teachers reading books virtually so kids can listen during the day.
On behalf of Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, we would like to say thank you to everyone who has put others before themselves in any way, shape or form during this worldwide pandemic. We would like to thank all front-line workers, healthcare advocates, teachers, parents, essential workers, delivery personnel, grocery store employees and all others who have stepped up.
So, continue to be heroes today and every day, and remember that we are all in this together.
