INDIANAPOLIS – Forbes has recognized Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance as one of the best employers in Indiana in their second annual survey.

Forbes partnered with Statista, a global business data platform, and surveyed 70,000 employees across the U.S. at companies employing more than 500 workers.
Participants were asked to anonymously evaluate their employer in categories such as work environment, gender pay equity, opportunities for advancement and pride in the company’s products or services. They were also asked whether they would recommend their employer to friends and family.
In total, 1,392 companies made the list nationwide; 73 companies made the list in Indiana. We are so honored to be recognized by Forbes!
