As times change, so do our services. That’s why it is important to us that we offer clients a variety of ways to do business with us, whether it is online, in an office or on the phone. We will be there.
You can also take your insurance anywhere you go with our new app! Take a photo of the QR code to learn how to download the Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance mobile app to access your account details, make a payment, report a claim and much more—right at your fingertips.
That’s not all! Throughout the year there will be additional new enhancements made to our online client portal. The enhancements give you, our clients, more flexibility when it comes to handling your insurance policies.
Here are just a few of latest features launching for client self-service online this year.
Later this year, clients will also have the ability to make life loan payments through the online portal. Clients will be able to make premium deposit fund payments on qualifying life insurance policies through their online account.
Beginning this fall, clients may change their direct bill preference to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using their bank account as the payment method.
